Katelyn and Anthony tied the knot on a beautiful summer day at the Blissful Meadows Golf Club in Uxbridge, Ma. I hadn’t had the pleasure of photographing this little gem of a venue before these two, but it really is a sweet little venue! The barn has the perfect rustic-chic vibe for all of your vintage and rustic wedding dreams, and with it being a golf course and all, the area is beautiful! There are so many places to take the bride and groom around the property for different backdrops. We didn’t need to venture far from the barn once family formals were done to get beautiful pictures of the newlyweds! Luckily, they had plenty of experience shooting with me, as we have been working together for just about two years! I have loved being able to photograph Katelyn, Anthony and their sweet pup Molly for both a mini save-the-date session in the winter and a summer engagement session at their family’s lake house! When it came time to work their magic in front of the camera again on the big day, they rocked it just like I knew they would. With the beauty surrounding us, I could have kept taking photos well into another hour… but they had definitely had enough of me and my camera! Time for a drink! 🙂
The barn was decorated with simple white and greenery. Sheer white drapes hung from each end of the building, carefully tied back to create a pretty framing effect. Gorgeous chandeliers hung from the ceiling, sparkling in the dim, romantic light the barn created. Baby’s Breath were delicately placed in mason jars in the middle of each table, which were surrounded by gold chivari chairs. The simplicity was perfectly rustic and the added drapery/ chandelier combo put a pretty little chic cherry on top. Out back, you would find custom Nocella Racing cornhole boards just waiting for some challengers with a beautiful fairway backdrop. It was such a sweet venue for a sweet couple! When friends and family filled up the space left in the middle of the room for dancing as soon as the DJ opened the floor, showing everyone their best dance moves, I knew this night would be one for the books for The Nocella’s!
Katelyn and Anthony, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this journey with you! I wish you both and sweet Molly the absolute best life has to offer!
